Kristy Simmons is an award-winning artist who has exhibited in museums and galleries as well as art houses and cafes. Her work has evolved through a range of styles that best follow what she describes as her inkling, or desire for inner expression. At an early age, she was discovered for her artistic talent which included national recognition at the age of seventeen and gallery representation, as well as scholarships. As a professional artist she has received several grants and has exhibited both in the U.S. and abroad. Currently, she lives in Bethesda, Maryland where she maintains her studio.
