Hi! Thanks for visiting my site. I'm a fine artist who's won numerous awards and honors -- with work in public art spaces such as the Bethesda Metro Tunnel (Maryland) and Amazon Headquarters (Herndon, Virginia). I've exhibited throughout the U.S. and abroad, you can see my full C.V. here.

Each series follows an inkling of what I desire to see within the surface. I'm prompted by the push and pull between shape, line, saturation, and contrast. I've studied traditional masters, and due to this training I strive to present new and different rhythms -- or interactions, across the surface.
I love to incorporate layers -- whether it's a layer of plexiglass on top of canvas or layered images in my photo-based art. I enjoy the interplay of visual stimuli between backgrounds and foregrounds within one surface.
